Prepare the homemade pasta at home, it is an ancient tradition and still widespread in Calabria. Our Chef will reveal the secret to making excellent first courses. You will learn to prepare the dough, to work it, and finally to season it, according to the old tradition.

Pizza in a wood oven

The pizza is historically considered a simple and genuine food: precisely those constitutive simplicity and genuineness make this preparation unique and of absolute value. During our workshop, focused on this traditional product, we will teach you how to prepare the dough, spread it so that cooking enhances its consistency, and finally seasoning it in the best way. But the most interesting part will surely be cooking pizza in a wood-fired oven.
