Il ristorante a cielo aperto
The restaurant of the Agriturismo Vulcano is situated in a privileged position, from which it dominates the surrounding green hills: the large windows of our Restaurant, in fact, offer a unique view of the wonderful Calabrian landscape. In the summer the restaurant changes its appearance and expands: the large outdoor space thanks to the gazebo becomes a charming open-air restaurant for dinner.

A beautiful day must begin with a good and healthy breakfast! Every morning, in the Agriturismo Vulcano, you will find a healthy breakfast waiting for you, prepared by selecting quality products and favoring genuine artisan productions: fresh milk, yoghurt, cereals, our fresh seasonal fruit, coming directly from the Orchard of Colle, natural jams, homemade cakes and orange juices are just some of the products you can enjoy.
From the garden to the table, the taste of healthy eating
Our dishes are prepared using traditional recipes. They have been handed down from generation to generation, and still preserve the genuineness and taste of the past. We use only products of the "short chain", the ingredients either come from the internal garden, or are purchased directly from the agricultural producers of the area. The aromas and flavors of Calabrian cuisine are enhanced in the condiment of organic olive oil we produce and from the Aromatic herbs, freshly picked up, which pleasantly embellish dishes.
